Y U QT are the UK DJ and production duo of lifelong friends Darryl Reid and James Cooper, known for their high-energy blend of UK garage, house, bassline and rave.

The pair first met at school in Leicestershire before reconnecting years later and launching Y U QT in 2019. Since then, they’ve built a global following through energetic, production heavy sets and a constant flow of original music and edits.

They have toured extensively across the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Asia, with shows in cities including Tokyo, Seoul and Singapore, alongside appearances at Glastonbury, The Warehouse Project, Field Day, Waterworks, Pitch Festival and Boiler Room.

Now signed to Technicolour / Ninja Tune, Y U QT continue to sit at the forefront of the new generation of UK dance music.
